Meet the AVORS Medical Group with Dr. Kofi Agyeman, delivering expert and accessible orthopedic care.
Dr. Kofi Agyeman is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow care. As both a practicing surgeon and healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Agyeman brings a unique perspective to building a lean, patient-centered practice model that improves access to high-quality musculoskeletal care, particularly for underserved Medicaid populations. In addition to his colaboration with AVORS, Dr. Agyeman operates a boutique clinic in the San Gabriel Valley (Glendora, CA) called ASAP Orthopaedics for select patients.
Dr. Agyeman combines his surgical practice with his vision for technology-enabled, efficient, and compassionate care delivery, positioning the organization at the forefront of community-based orthopedic excellence.
As a Lead Care Navigator, Patricia is often the first friendly face patients encounter. She takes a thoughtful, compassionate approach to ensuring patients feel supported and guided at every step of their care. From working with our AI scheduling to coordinate appointments to connecting with providers and listening to concerns, Patricia works tirelessly to make each experience smooth and reassuring, whether those patients are ultimately seen through AVORS or at our boutique Glendora clinic, ASAP Orthopaedics, where we are happy to see patients on a limited basis. Patricia uses our AI tools to help manage care for all patients, including those seeing us at AVORS.
